The Gentlemen of Wolgyesu Tailor Shop Release Teaser and Stylish Photo Shoot for High Cut

s4

I have been on the fence about starting this drama. One one hand, the story line has not really captured my interest.  But there are so many stylish, well dressed, older men (By older, I mean men that are in their 30’s and closer to my age) that I might just get sucked in.  These gorgeous photos from HIGH CUT do a lot to convince me to give The Gentlemen of Wolgyesu Tailor Shop a try. s4a1.jpg

SYNOPSIS: Depicts the trials and tribulations of four men who work at Laurel Tree Tailor Shop.

What do you think?  Is this drama one worth watching or should I not commit to another 50 episode show?

  1. It is nice to see older actors get some love, too. But I’d need more than that trailer to get me to commit to 50 episodes. Is it a weekend drama? Are the episodes short or long?

  2. I love watching family drama as it is light and very entertaining as there’s no real antagonist, love triangle, etc, which is sometimes unbearable to watch. Therefore, I enjoyed every episode of Five Enough, and I think The Gentlemen of the Wolgyesu Tailor Shop is a good replacement and worth to watch.

  3. I am on Episode 21 and loving this drama to bits…the cast is amazing, the writing great and there are no typical Korean exaggerations for now. For the first time I don’t want this to end and I am glad we are not even halfway through as yet. I highly recommend it.

  4. The best Drama…you may relate yourself to one or more casts…so real and makes you laugh, cry or a bit of them….recommended for all but especially married couple….😁

  5. If you haven’t watched this you should. I binge-watched it and after watching soooo many other Asian drama series (Tdramas, Doramas, Kdramas, Lakorn etc have decided to start my own blog giving the ‘older white woman’ review (so to speak). It’ll be up and running soon I hope. Anyway back to this drama. It is worth every one of those 50 some episodes. I laughed, I cried, I cackled hysterically. Hands down amazing and a keeper to watch again 🙂
