Are there any Goblin fans out there? Well, Kim Eun Sook has a shiny new drama coming out called Mr. Sunshine and the first teaser is out. Of course, it looks epic. Not sure Eun Sook does it any other way. The premise feels fresh, and I hope to see a part of Korean history that they don’t often cover.

Here’s the synopsis: During the United States expedition to Joseon (South Korea) in 1871, a boy from Joseon boards an American warship and goes to America. As an adult, he returns to his home country as an American soldier stationed in the country.

This drama is pretty early with the teaser since it doesn’t air until July, which is unfortunate because I am really in the mood for a big sweeping drama with lots of rich history and great acting.
