With Kingdom only a week away from it’s premier I felt that now is the perfect time to share some more great Asian content you can binge on Netflix.
Kingdom
Since I have already mentioned Kingdom is a drama I have been excited for non-stop for the past year, I feel it is the perfect one to start off this edition of Netflix trolling. Not only does it star Ji Joo Hoon & Bae Doona, actors that I consider two of the best, but it is penned by my favorite screenwriter Kim Eun-Hee. Add the fact that it pre-filmed and has some serious Netflix funding behind it and we can expect some truly quality zombie mayhem to come our way.
Synopsis: While strange rumors about their ill king grip a kingdom, the crown prince becomes their only hope against a mysterious plague overtaking the kingdom.
Lets Eat
Are you interested in learning more about Korean food mixed with a bit of romance & mystery? Than Lets Eat is the drama for you! Come join this cast of quirky characters as they eat their way through life.
Synopsis: With the help of her neighbors, a divorced woman residing in a one-person-household apartment complex learns to balance living alone and eating well.
Erased
If you want to settle in for a nice murder mystery than check out the Japanese drama Erased. This is the perfect show for those dark winter days that need a touch of thrill to make them perfect.
Synopsis: In the altered present, Satoru comes face to face with the killer, who has been plotting to put an end to the twisted game he started 15 years ago
What to throw back
Black

I know this drama had its defenders. However, I was not one of them. The story was all over the place and I hated the ending. This show is a big skip for me.
Let me know if you take my advice and whether you agree or disagree in the comments!
Until the next net cast,

Black – I really liked it up till the last episode 🙁 Oh, boy was I ticked off at that ending!!! SOOOO mad! Left my fav character just hanging with absolutely no idea as to what happened to him. Just, NO!!!!
Same. The last episode was like someone said “how ’bout if instead of closure, we throw away everything in the story, break our own universe’s rules, and then pile on as many sappy ending cliches as we can and see if anyone will notice?”
I Agree. I am looking forward to- Kingdom as well. And I didn’t watch more than 1 episode of Black but I don’t like the actors and I am sure it’s bad judging by reviews and teasers.
Let’s eat is one of my most favorite kdramas.
I really liked Black, even though the first episode was a shaky started and I almost turned it off before the end. I decided to keep going and I got hooked by the end of the second one. I am really looking forward to Kingdom, I hope it lives up to my expectations! 🙂
