Will I Be Watching: I watched the prequel, Strong Woman Bo Dong Soon, and while there were a few things a liked, the overall plot and comedic style were not overly enjoyable. I’m giving this drama a big miss, but I am sure there will plenty of fans of this scriptwriter checking it out.
The Perfect Deal – October 6th

To avoid trouble for himself, he impulsively instigates a fake kidnapping of Min Woo with the goal of getting a billion won. After the kidnapping is staged, though, things take an unexpected turn, and the ensuing complications lead all three of them down a dark and turbulent path.
Will I Be Watching: I will always give Yoo Seung Ho dramas a chance to wow me. Sadly, so far, none of the international sites have picked this up. It is still a week out, so that could change. Crossing fingers!
A Good Day to Be A Dog (Viki) -October 11th
Synopsis: Han Hae Na is a single high school teacher with a family secret. Due to an ancestor’s fault, Han Hae Na’s family has been cursed for generations. When someone of her family kisses anyone, they turn into a dog at midnight for six hours. Afterward, they revert back to their normal appearance. This transformation repeats itself every night until that person, in their dog appearance, kisses the same person.
Whenever Han Hae Na meets a man for a potential romantic relationship, she asks that person to not kiss her. This usually leads the men to leave her. Drunk one night, Han Hae Na accidentally kisses Jin Seo Won, a teacher at the same high school, though they aren’t even close as colleagues. Han Hae Na soon panics and persistently approaches Seo Won for a chance at another kiss. However, Jin Seo Won has a fear of dogs.
Will I Be Watching: I have a love hate relationship with romantic webtoon adaptations. Some I love and some just fall flat. So I will give this drama a try, but it isn’t on my sub stalking list.
My Dearest: Part 2 (October 13th) Viki & Kocowa

The relationship between these four gets put into an even bigger twist at the breakout of war. Will they survive the challenges of war and find their love amidst the chaos?
Will I Be Watching: I started season 1 and it was very good. I just had to finish a few dramas to add it back onto my drama watching plate. With season 2 starting in a few weeks, it has moved to the top of my list to binge.
Evilive (October 14th)
Synopsis: Han Dong Soo is a livelihood lawyer. He randomly picks a prisoner to visit and picks up a case. He is usually rational and reasonable, but deep within his mind exists a dark side. Something triggers him to cross the line and step into the world of evil. His younger half-brother is Han Beom Jae, who works at a second-hand computer shop. He also acts as a case broker for Han Dong-soo, bringing him clients. One day, Han Beom Jae notices that Han Dong Soo has changed since he brought him a case.
That case involves Seo Do Young who is the #2 ranked member of a crime organization. He is a former baseball player and appears nothing like a typical gangster. Behind his handsome looks, he hides a cruel and unpredictable madness.
Will I Be Watching: Uhm, do you all not know me? This show is right up my alley and I am a huge fan of Shin Ha Kyun in crime thrillers. For me, this is a must watch, and I hope it lives up to my expectations.
Doona (Netflix) Oct 20th
Synopsis: When Joon moves into his new apartment on his first day of college, he wasn’t expecting beautiful ex-celebrity Duna to be living downstairs. Joon tries to avoid her at first, but finds himself growing more and more curious about her mysterious life. Adapted from the webtoon The Girl Downstairs
Will I Be Watching: The preview indicates that there is a lot more spice than is shared in the Synopsis. I will probably check this out, especially since it is on Netflix which makes it super convenient. That said, I am not really obsessed yet and can give or take it until I hear more buzz
Moon In The Day (Viki) October 29th
Synopsis: A man whose time has stopped and a woman who flows like a river. It is not a simple love story but a ‘romance thriller’. A story about strife that comes and goes in the past and in the present.
Will I Be Watching: The screenshots that have been released for this drama are gorgeous. I might check in for all the pretty, and will hopefully stay for the strong storytelling.

Will I Be Watching: One of my all time favorite screenwriters (Park Hye Ryun – I Hear Your Voice, Pinnochio, ) and Park Eun Bin as the castaway diva. I will be there will bells on.

Sim Jung Woo and Jung Soon Deok become involved with each other and they try to get older single men and women to marry as matchmakers.
Will I Be Watching: Is it just me or has there been a Rowoon saturation this year? Not that this is a bad thing. I am loving Destined to Love and I am happy to watch him in another drama right after DTL ends. It is just the icing on the cake, that he is absolutely stunning in Hanbok. Now if we can just get the triffect with a strong story and OTP chemistry. Let’s all start crossing our fingers and praying to the kdrama gods.
