This episode shows us that when emotions are running high, it only takes one dramatic glance to turn hate into, well, maybe not love. But I would say that we are at least at the intense interest phase of our OTP’s relationship. Come find out what happens as I chat about all things episode 4 of Doom At Your Service.Continue reading
Our leads take friendship very seriously, as shown when they bail each other out of multiple uncomfortable conversations with various people. It is through this and their shared love of music that this budding friendship seems to be shifting to something more.Continue reading
The further we get into this drama I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. I think that is what is holding my attention so far, the mix of emotions this drama makes me feel. One minute I’m on the edge of my seat wondering if all of this is real or a dream, and the next I’m laughing hysterically at the antics of the 1988 cops. Continue reading
This show is fresh, chocolate chip cookies and soft, fuzzy teddy bears and an extra-large box of Valentine’s Day candy all rolled into one. I ❤ it. So much!
The others have introduced themselves, so I guess it is my turn. In case you are new to the blog or never took the time to peruse my bio, here is a little about me. I am Kdrama Jen. I have been watching Kdramas since 2006. (Yes, it was back before streaming sites were as ubiquitous and we had to scour the big bad internets for our favorite shows.) I especially love it when I can connect from one drama to the next–either concepts, actors, or themes. I have a day job that forces me to use my brain, so I freely admit that I sometimes watch dramas that are NOT tightly written or do NOT have stellar acting. I have a soft spot for idol dramas, and sometimes those are just fluffy, but I love them anyway. Don’t judge me. Continue reading
In this episode, our Ouroboros boys continue their quest to find Sensai’s killers (as usual.) We also have another serial killer (as usual.) But this time we get to see Tatsuya cosplay a policeman (SQUEEEE) which might make this my favorite moment since the bathhouse scene. Oguri Shun truly looks good ALWAYS. The guy can do no wrong. So let’s jump into the mysteries that surround our boys present and past and enjoy all the pretty eye candy while we do it. Continue reading
I feel a little like Go Bok Sil in this episode. Exasperated and sighing, one minute. Grinning like an idiot, the next. She isn’t making much progress in training her shopaholic puppy. We aren’t making much progress in the plot. But then Louie does something adorable again, and it doesn’t really seem to matter. Here are a few little things that stood out to me from Episode 4: Continue reading
