You asked and we answered! We had so many requests for our thoughts about the rest of Love Between Fairy and Devil that we had to make a part 2. Come join us as we talk about fate, love, and all the other huge themes in episodes 17 to 36.
Love really is for suckers in this week’s episodes. We have proposals, imaginary hot kisses, and an almost wedding. Mostly it’s all positive — even our hatred for the second male leads lands in the totally enjoyable fun category. What’s even better is how a crappy ex-boyfriend can make the quietly nice male lead shine even more. Let’s see how many ways our OTP made us swoon.
It has been a long time since our last recap project, but we are finally back and have chosen Love is for Suckers as the perfect drama for our return. So, if you are interested in all the positive and pretty commentary regarding the first two episodes, you are in the right place.
Rom-coms would not be the same without one Park Min Young. She is back and dazzling us with her long hair and a different personality for each husband. Will second lead syndrome rule the day or will the mysterious Go Kyung Pyo win our hearts?
For better or worse, Doom at Your Service concluded, and I have some last thoughts on the final episode and the show as a whole. Come join me as we say farewell to Doom, Dong Kyung, and everyone else in this drama.
Thankfully, we are getting closer to the end. We’ve had some plot movement, but I’m still skeptical about how this story will end. I’m doing my darnedest to give this drama all the chances, but honestly, I’m not impressed. Will they be able to save this drama in the last two episodes and make it less boring? I hope so. This fangirl needs more than one episode full of kisses and snuggles to put a show on her happy list.
Stuff happens this episode! And while much of it is a bit sad in nature, it was really great to feel something for our OTP and their trials again. So come join me as I chat about all the life-changing moments that happened in this episode, as well as a few that were thrown in just to make the episode long enough.
We’ve had a story reset, but the end game is still whether or not Dong Kyung will wish Doom upon the world. Will our OTP remember their love for each other? Does the Childlike God stand a chance of happiness too? We start this episode with everyone having a heart to heart, but will it solve anything? I’m not sure about you, but I’m ready to stop rehashing what has happened and start moving forward.
We had plot movement! OK, really, it was a reset of the original plot, and we might just be shifting around the same plot arc over and over for the final four episodes. But a change is always good, especially when that change will help me finish this drama.
Fellow fans, we only have 5 episodes for our story arc to get it together. I have to admit that episode 10 was a bit of a struggle plot-wise. Steamy kisses and searing glances can’t hold a drama together for long, so I hope the writers up their game a little bit. We’ve brought in Auntie, our second leads are at a critical point, and our female lead has run away in a quite boring show of noble idiocy, but she’s already been discovered by Doom. These steps are happening awful early, and I hope this doesn’t mean the writers are going to give us a lot of fluff and filler in the last few episodes.
