This week’s kpop MVs are all about dreams and dreaming, even the last one, which proves I’ve been living under a rock and not dreaming big enough myself! Come see what kind of dreams our artists have been having – maybe you’ll find your own.
I am here to admit for the entire Kimchi clan that we did NOT do our job with upcoming dramas and realizing that writer Park Hye Ryun had a new drama coming out. In our defense, October has been the dramapalooza of drama months. We also missed the fact that she teamed up with her While You Were Sleepingdirector for this one. As penance, we are prepared to share with you ALL the pretty screen shots we can for our first impression.
We have been waiting for this to air since the casting news about a year ago announced Lee Seung Gi and Suzy as the leads! Come find out what the fangirls thought of the first episodes of this thrilling drama and see if our six reasons to watch might pull you in too!
Lee Seung Gi. Bae Suzy. Shin Sung Rok. Netflix. September 20th. Do you really need to know any more??
If you do, watch this teaser!
And in case you need a reminder like I did, here’s the plot description again:
“Cha Dal-gun (Lee Seung-gi) becomes an awakened tiger in the face of his nephew’s death in a mysterious plane crash. As an orphan himself, he had raised his nephew single-handedly in place of his brother who had passed on. Triggered by the large-scale cover up of the incident, he sets off on a journey to discover the truth. Go Hae-ri (Bae Suzy) is the eldest daughter of a marine who died during an operation. She has always wanted to be a normal civil servant to support her family, but life had other plans and she ends up as a National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent. Their lives intertwine as they discover a tangled web of corruption behind the plane crash. “
I’m totally and completely in! What about you, k-fans?
