When all the comebacks hit within the few weeks of each other, it can either be overwhelming or a delight for the ears. Right now, my ears are absolutely delighted! From Dreamcatcher to WayV, come see what’s new!
You can always follow my New Kpop to Spin list on Spotify to see what I’m listening to next!
WayV – “Moonwalk”
I fell in love with this song the moment I heard it. Dominated by haunting harmonies, I think this is WayV at their best. Add to that the steampunk-influenced sci-fi theme of this video, and I find myself watching it over and over again.
A.C.E. – “Savage”
There is something about this song that puts me in mind of BTS’ “No More Dream”. A.C.E. is drawing from the heavy R&B sound, and I feel like they’re still finding their own sound. Enjoy this song on the journey to A.C.E. becoming A.C.E.
ONF – “Why”
I hadn’t heard of ONF before, but a quick Google search turned up the fact that they are all MIXNINE refugees. “Why” is a solid entry and the MV is visually intriguing.
Monsta X – “Follow”
I love the strong Spanish influence in this song — it’s really enjoyable. Wonho’s departure is heartbreaking, especially after what looks like a strong comeback. It’s times like this when the group needs the most support, I think.
Dreamcatcher – “Deja Vu”
Kmuse didn’t have to convince me to like this girl group! I’ve always been a fan of their stronger, heavier, rock-based sound. “Deja Vu” is an excellent entry into the Dreamcatcher catalog.
What do you think, k-fans? Has this been a great few weeks for kpop comebacks or what (other news aside — I’m just talking about music here)?

I was looking forward to A.C.E and they did not disappoint. I’ve liked all of their releases so far. But… GOT7’s new one just dropped, well 12 hours ago, and I love it! Soooo smooth and a bit different from what everyone else seems to be doing now. The MV is mmmmm…. smooth thoo. 😀
AGREED! GOT7’s MV is amazing.
