From a brand new group to an idol saying farewell to his castmates, we have a lot of great music! The colors are bold, the choreography is strong, and the presence is large. Come check out MVs from TNX, ATEEZ, ONEUS, Kang Daniel, and more in this week’s top 5 Kpop MVs.
TNX – “Move”
TNX is the first male group from the PNation label (that’s PSY’s label, if you’re curious), and it is SOLID. The costuming and sets are top-notch, and though the idols feel a little green, overall it’s a good song and a fun MV. They’re definitely a group I’ll be keeping an eye on!
ATEEZ – “Rocky (Boxers Ver.)”
Oh man, this MV is SO MUCH FUN! “Rocky” is a b-side that became a fan favorite, and ATEEZ made a boxing-themed MV for it in preparation for the release of their next Japanese album. The simple color scheme and boxing touches are fantastic, but most of all, it’s just great to watch the idols enjoy themselves!
ONEUS – “Bring It On”
With the release of their new album, Trickster, Oneus has a fierce MV for the lead single “Bring It On.” The bright colors and sharp choreography are mesmerizing, and the song has a punchy beat that make it perfect for cranking up in the car.
Kang Daniel – “Ready to Ride”
There’s a sweet spot between ballads and bops, and Kang Daniel lives there quite comfortably. “Ready to Ride” looks like it should be a bop from the futuristic-looking MV, but it’s a smooth ballad that features Kang Daniel’s sublime voice. Really, do we need anything more?
Ravi – “Who We Are”
I’m loving this bop of a song from Ravi, dedicated to his 2 Days 1 Night cast as a farewell before he goes into the military. The show was clearly a growing experience for him, and he talks about how much he’ll miss them in the lyrics. *sniff* Did someone cut some onions in here?
